After 30 Years, We Finally Fell in Love With Our Home
The master bathroom transformation behind Marlene and Derrick C.’s approved customer testimonial.
“What was once a house I seriously considered leaving has become my own personal paradise.”
— Marlene and Derrick C.
What began with new flooring became a complete home renovation. In their master bathroom, a dated tub and shower gave way to an airy, thoughtfully updated retreat with a freestanding soaking tub, double vanity, textured tile, and an elegant glass shower enclosure.

BEFOREAFTER
Bathtub & double vanity
From a built-in jetted tub and older wood vanity to a freestanding soaking tub, illuminated mirrors and a contemporary white double vanity.
BEFORE — DURING DEMOLITIONAFTER — COMPLETED PROJECT
Shower & toilet area
New rippled wall tile, refreshed floor surfaces, brushed-metal shower fittings and a glass door give this area a clean, cohesive look.
Photography note: The bathtub and vanity images show the homeowner’s original before photo and the selected enhanced after photo. The shower-area “before” photograph was taken during demolition. Its “after” photograph is digitally enhanced with decorative shelving, greenery, and accent lighting; these added decorations should not be taken as documentation of installed work. The homeowner confirmed that brushed-nickel vanity handles and white zebra shades are present in the actual finished bathroom.
