A House of 30 Years Finally Became Our Dream Home
“Where do I begin?
My husband and I purchased our home over 30 years ago. Over the years, we had undertaken kitchen and bathroom renovations, but looking back, those projects were little more than facelifts. They improved the appearance of our home, but never truly transformed it.
To be perfectly honest, the thought of going through another renovation was the last thing I wanted. Had it not been for my husband's determination to stay in our home, I probably would have convinced him to sell it years ago.
Then came another challenge. Because of Florida's homeowners insurance requirements, we were advised that our kitchen and bathrooms needed updating to avoid higher insurance costs. Suddenly, another renovation was no longer something we could comfortably put off.

But just when I thought I couldn't possibly be any more impressed, I walked into our newly renovated master bathroom.
What an incredible transformation!
I can only describe it as having my very own luxurious day spa. The beauty, comfort, and atmosphere make stepping into that bathroom feel like a special experience every single day. The difference is that I don't have to make an appointment or leave my house to enjoy it. I simply walk into my bathroom and experience that wonderful feeling of relaxation and luxury in the comfort of my own home.
Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that the home I once wanted to leave could make me feel this way.
And the exceptional workmanship didn't stop with the kitchen and bathrooms.
I must make special mention of the extraordinary finish carpentry throughout our home.
The crown molding, door casings, baseboards, and intricate trim details are nothing short of exceptional. The precision of the cuts, the seamless joints, and the craftsmanship involved are truly remarkable.
I am not exaggerating when I say that friends and family members who visit our home are in awe. Many have commented specifically on the intricate detailing and precision of the baseboards and crown molding.
In fact, several family members have since chosen Imperial Group Incorporated for their own projects after seeing the quality of workmanship in our home.
That, to me, speaks volumes.
Looking back, I now understand why Mr. Reynolds takes such a thoughtful and detailed approach to every project. He sees possibilities where others see limitations. He doesn't simply focus on what a customer asks for; he considers how the finished result can improve the comfort, beauty, and functionality of their home.
For the first time in more than 30 years of owning this house, I can genuinely say that I absolutely love my home.
It has now been one year since our renovation was completed, and the excitement has not faded.
Every single day, it is a pleasure to come home. Sometimes I find myself walking from room to room, smiling and admiring the transformation, asking myself, "Is this really my home?"
What was once a house I seriously considered leaving has become my own personal paradise.
